NNL reschedules AGM to September 13

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has moved its yearly general meeting, earlier scheduled for September 10 in Kaduna State, to September 13 at the same venue.
 
In a statement yesterday, the NNL said that it had officially communicated with the affected clubs and the concerned state football associations.

The statement by NNL’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Danlami Alanana, read: “We convey to you a warm sporting compliment from the chairman, board members, management, and staff of the Nigeria National League. Our earlier letter dated August 14, 2025, refers.
 
“Due to some logistical considerations, a slight adjustment for the 16th edition of the Nigeria National League Annual General Meeting has been made.”
 
The letter clarified that the AGM would start at 10.00 a.m. on September 13, while participants are expected to arrive on September 12.
 
According to the statement, the NNL will unveil a major sponsorship agreement at the meeting.
