Ex-Army boss, Obi faults security personnel's involvement in 2023 poll

A retired army chief, Col. Chinyere Obi has criticised the alleged use of security personnel by politicians to intimidate, harass, brutalize and subvert the will of the people during the recently held 2023 general elections.
