2025 White Cane Day: Taraba blind association seeks Kefas’ financial support

The Taraba State chapter of the Nigeria Association of the Blind has appealed to Governor Agbu Kefas to provide financial support and participate in the upcoming 2025 International White Cane Day celebration.
