Don blames incessant building collapse on poor stakeholder communication

The Dean, School of Environmental Studies, Yaba College of Technology, Dr Adesina Aladeloba, has attributed incessant cases of building collapse in Nigeria to ineffectiveness and poor communication among stakeholders in the construction industry.
