UN at 80: Chinese envoy, NIIA DG, others call for reforms

Need for the reform of the United Nations (UN) and the strengthening of global governance structures has been emphasised. This was stressed at the Lagos Sub-Forum yesterday, marking the 80th Anniversary of the Second World War
