I’m qualified but not desperate to become speaker, says Betara

The lawmaker representing Biu/Bayo/Shani Federal Constituency of Borno State, Hon. Muktar Betara, yesterday, said he wasn’t desperate to become Speaker of the 10th House of Representatives.
