COAS opens new NAPL headquarters

Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, on Thursday inaugurated the new corporate headquarters of Nigerian Army Properties Limited (NAPL) in Abuja’s Asokoro district, underscoring his drive to strengthen administration, bolster troop morale and deepen welfare support for personnel.
