The Chairman of the Owo Local Council Area of Ondo State, Tope Omolayo, has apologised to the traditional ruler of the Owo kingdom, the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye, over some purported unpleasant remarks made against the monarch.
