Without Zulum’s intervention, we can’t operate Arabic school, institution’s DG declares

The Director General of Nigerian Arabic Language Village, Ngala, Borno State, Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim, at an event on Sunday, in Maiduguri, the state capital, noted that the school, owned by Federal Government, would not have been operational, but for the support of the state governor, Prof. Babagana Zulum.
