Row over withdrawal of official vehicles, ‘palliative’ buses in Rivers

The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (rtd), has been criticised for ordering naval personnel to the residence of the suspended Deputy Governor of the state, Prof. Ngozi Odu, and forcibly removing three vehicles.
