Transgrid Enerco to acquire Eko DisCo, integrate renewable energy

In a landmark development for Nigeria’s energy sector, Transgrid Enerco Limited has signed the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire a 60 per cent equity stake in Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko DisCo).
