
Ibezim, who spoke during the second session of the 12th synod of the diocese at St. Michael and All Angels Church, Nawfia, with the theme: “Expanding our ministerial coast: Implication for the ordained and the laity”, called on parishioners to participate actively in the election.
The programme was graced by more than 40 bishops, several clerics and notable Nigerians.
While urging members to get their voter cards, the prelate charged them to prioritise the poll.
He said: “The election is critical to the future of the state. Your vote is your voice. We trust the Lord to give us His choice as the governor of Anambra State.”
The cleric charged the three tiers of government to urgently address the worsening insecurity in the country.
