The management of the Chrisland University, Owode, Abeokuta, Ogun State, will on Tuesday, host members of academia, educationists, the diplomatic corps and government officials at the maiden edition of it’s public lecture and Investiture of the Ogun State governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, as visitor to the University.

To be hosted under the theme, Private Universities: The Credible Path To True Intellectual Freedom, Innovation and National Development, the lecture, according to the founder High Chief (Mrs.) Winifred A. Awosika will feature Professor of Social and Political Economy Prof. Pat Utomi as guest lecturer, Prof Oladipo Akinkugbe, as chairman, while former president Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is Special Guest of Honour, among other dignitaries.

The lecture will take place at the University Campus, Km 5, Ajebo Road, Abeokuta, starting from 2pm.
