Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Shuaibu Ibrahim, has been decorated with a new rank of Major General.

The decoration was performed in Abuja, yesterday, by the Minister of Defence, Major General Bashir Magashi (rtd) and Ibrahim’s wife, Martina.
