AGGRIEVED veterans, who participated in the Nigerian Biafra Civil War, yesterday, appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari, to intervene by ensuring that their entitlements are paid since they got discharged from service over 44 years ago.
 
National Co-ordinator of the group, Babawande Philips, who stated this at a press conference in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, urged Buhari to be magnanimous enough in ensuring their entitlements are paid.
