Methodist Church Lagos Diocese marks 60th anniversary May 31

The Methodist Church Nigeria, Diocese of Lagos, will on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, begin its diamond jubilee anniversary celebrations with a press conference at noon.

The event is scheduled to take place at the Wesley Chapel, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Eleganza Bus Stop, Lagos State.

Other activities include a book launch on June 8, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Victoria Island, Lagos, while the choral festival will hold on June 11, 2022 at the Wesley Chapel, Lekki/Epe Expressway at 2.00 p.m.

The youth funfare will feature on July 30, 2022 at the Methodist Church, Igbogila, Ipaja, Lagos, at 10.00 a.m.

Besides, the golden anniversary merit award ceremony is slated for Olorunda Methodist Church Circuit, Surulere, Lagos, while the anniversary thanksgiving service will round off the activities at the Wesley Cathedral, Olowogbowo, Lagos.
