That Rochas Okorocha’s Home Video
Former Governor of Imo State and a serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr. Rochas Okorocha really entertained Nigerians some couple of days ago with what could be termed the longest home video in the history of Nollywood.
Nigeria’s anti-graft agency came for him at his Abuja home to answer some questions relating to some billions of naira that allegedly grew wings and flew away when he was Governor of the South Eastern state for eight years, and so bros dug in and barricaded himself inside his fortress of a home.
While the EFCC and pressmen streamed live on the Internet what was happening outside the premises, Okorocha was streaming live from the inside too. And the data of Nigerians paid the price. Trust T4T, he quickly borrowed ‘chinkili’ 100 naira data from his phone company and sat down with a glass of Sapele ‘water’ (if you know what that means) and began to enjoy the movie which started early in the morning.
Several hours after, the movie was still on, data was burning like the ‘Burning Bush’ Moses saw in the Bible. Still, bros Okorocha refused to open his steel doors for the EFCC to take him into custody. Okorocha was seen in some scenes in the ‘movie’ laying on the floor and calling on the God of Elijah to rain down fire on the EFCC operatives, set confusion in their midst and leave him alone.
But e be like say God nor dey ansa dat kain prayer. And so the EFCC ran out of patience and went through the ceiling and got him, late in the evening. End of the movie and plenty of data gone!
Somebody should remind Mr. Okorocha that resisting arrest in itself is a crime, plus join the billions of naira allegation mata. When he should have just quietly followed the EFCC operatives, call his lawyers to meet him up at their office like every big man they arrest in Nigeria, he just let us waste our data from morning till evening and nor be say im vanish las las, dem still arrest am. It is like watching a movie and the main character instead of triumphing over his antagonist was taken down!
Dat movie nor sweet again be dat.
And Aunty Eucharia Cries Out
NOLLYWOOD star and Pastor, Eucharia Anunobi celebrated her birthday during the week. Nor be T4T go tell you her age, but she is fast heading to 60 according to reports. That is not the news here. Aunty Euchy needs that thing almost every woman needs at this very crucial stage of her life-a husband she can call her own!
She nor go fit hide am again, so she cried out that she needs a ‘complete man’ to marry her. Well, T4T will have to go and do some research to find out what and who a ‘complete man’ is because na dat one person nor rilly understands sha.
But anyways, now you have heard, sister Euchy needs a COMPLETE MAN! If you know you are COMPLETE and you are a MAN, kindly apply. You may be the lucky guy.
To God be the glory!
Drummer Girl Tackles Facebook
DRUMMER girl, Ara, was not her usual boisterous self on Facebook during the week. She posted something and Facebook cautioned her claiming what she posted contained ‘explicit sexual content’.
This got Ara who plays the talking drum with the same dexterity a kid uses to eat candy, very furious. So, she reposted the same content, a show reel of her stage performances at different times and asked her fans to judge if what she posted contained ‘explicit sexual content’.
Well, T4T took time to watch the over seven minutes showcase, while looking out for the ‘explicit sexual content’. T4T nor see even any small yansh wey shake talk less of the one wey nor wear ‘pata’ sef.
Dear Ara, I share in your anger. Facebook dey overdo sometimes and it is high time Baba Buhari gave them the Twitter kind of food if you know what that means.
And Mo Bimpe Has It Too!
T4T was watching a Yoruba movie titled Do or Die during the week. It starred Mo Bimpe, new wife of actor Lateef Adedimeji.
She and her husband in the movie lodged at an hotel and something was not right in the room, so the husband asked her to call the receptionist and this was what T4T heard. “Please come hup.”
At first, T4T did not understand what she said. ‘Hup? And then the nickel dropped, she has that ‘thing’ most Yoruba movie actors have!
Anyway, that is why T4T always tell all the Yoruba actors, please stick to only the Yoruba language, that is why what you do is called YORUBA FILM!
I don talk my own.
Just in case you want to hear what T4T heard yourself, the movie title again is Do or Die and Azeez Ijaduade directed by. It also starred Toke Jamiu and Rotimi Salami among others.
