The management of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State, has instructed students of the institution to proceed on vacation as the 2020/2021 academic session has been concluded.

A statement, signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Modupe Fawale, directed all students to vacate their halls of residence on or before 4:00 p.m. today, June 14, 2022.

She said that municipal facilities to the hostels would be disconnected effective from the stated date and time.

“Any student found violating the directive would be sanctioned accordingly.

“Parents, guardians and members of the public, particularly communities in the neighbourhood of the institution, are to take note of the directive.”

Fawale said resumption for the new academic session would be formally announced to the public in due course.
