Rising singer, Fowowe Oyedapo David, collectively known as Ashidapo, is a Nigerian musician who was brought up in Lagos State although he hails from Osun State. He has proven himself to be one of the leading lights of Nigeria’s budding music scene, which is as remarkable as it sounds. 

Ashidapo, still basking in the euphoria of the success of his last single titled H & M, has hinted that his first single for the year would be bigger than the previous one, noting that he came prepared for his fans and he would give it all it takes to register hits on hits.

“My first official single for the year 2022 will be dropping pretty soon and everyone knows I won’t disappoint. I have never disappointed. Trust me it will be bigger than the current single and it promises to come with positive vibes,” he said.

Recall that Ashidapo has starred in hits such as Mon Cheri by Yhemo Lee featuring him and Asake and still was rewarded with the City People Awards for Best Collaboration of the Year in 2020. However Ashidapo intends to launch supplemental handpicked music compilations. 

Ashidapo, while speaking on what he loves to do, said “ I like to travel, make music, and go clubbing, but my greatest loves are my family, friends, and music.” And of course his preceptors, though, include Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Drake, and Wande Coal.
