People have been expressing their profound emotions and heart’s most ardent yearnings through music for a long time. Songs about love transcend age, gender, and nationality. They keep making and listening to utopian music to glut an endless desire. The range of the love song is broad enough to include the darker undertones, humour, and mishaps of real-life relationships and situations that have given the best satirical musicians plenty of fodder.
In “Kashamadupe,” Tunde Jago gave a modelling rendition of the arch that expresses his gratitude for the four-tracked EP. The “Kashamadupe” EP, however, is Tunde Jago’s debut creative attempt. It is a distinct body of work because it has 4 tracks without any featured artist. According to Tunde Jago, this project was created as a result of quandaries, lessons learned from past encounters, soul-searching, self-discovery, and an interest in music.
“My four-track EP should do just that for my fans, lighting a fire under their hearts,” he said in a statement accompanying the release of this EP. “This Ep tells my story of personal relevance in the hope that fans connect and digest the message it portrays”. He declares.
As a result, the EP includes songs like Leggo, Malo, Dark Skin, and Toys. These tracks are a collection of love songs, which is in opposition to the EP’s title.
