After raising the pulse of music lovers and signing his name on the landscape with his debut single “ Go down “, rapper-turned singer, Sunday Gabaghi Agbede a.k.a Donblaqwifi has cemented his name in the industry with his debut Extension Play “EP” titled “Confirm”.

While most EPs have 4-6 tracks, “Confirm” EP which confirmed Donblaqwifi’s identity as an artist with so much gas left in his tank has 10 tracks, which each song having a story to tell just as the sound was entertaining and thrilling.

The EP was released in January 2019 and it consists of singles like “Tule “, “Carry body Ft kelly Hansome”, “Jeje Ft. Djeverla$t “Kenemamu”, “Ayobami” , “Summer Ft. Kentto”, “One time Ft. VavoonJ” ETC.

Long before the release of the EP, Donblaqwifi left his imprint on the music scene having started his journey professionally in 2015. Between 2015 and 2018 he released a number of hit singles in collaboration with Centino Simon titled “Distance” . It was actually his first album but a collaboration.

Beyond being an established musician, Donblaqwifi is also a songwriter and record producer. He was born in Lagos, but originally from Arogbo, Ondo State, Nigeria. and started music as a rap artist but later switch to singing.

He has performed for most top Nigerian artists as an opening artist in the United States. He performed with the likes of Davido,9ice, Mr Eazi, Teniola, Mayorkun, Reekado Banks, Burna Boy, Omah Lay, Oritse Femi and many others.

Donblaqwifi has also performed in different events in the United States of America. In 2017 he was the recipient of “ Best New England Artist award.

Although he describes himself as a dancehall and Afro-pop artist, the influences of Afrobeats, Pop, electropop, reggae • juju music •fuji music.are palpable in his music.
