
Contestants are expected to compete by carrying out weekly business tasks and challenges around the city of Lagos for 10 weeks on television, and with weekly evictions in the boardroom.
According to the executive producer, Mide Kunle-Akinlaja, “the importance of the show lies in igniting entrepreneurial spirit and showcasing the possibility of transforming lives with just an idea.

“It is also a platform aimed at practically engineering entrepreneurship among Nigerian youths by identifying the best business minds and supporting their entrepreneurial acumen through logistical assistance, informal training, knowledge and other requisite services needed to propel them into successful personalities.”
Like the two previous seasons, each week’s tasks will incorporate various aspects of business: sales, marketing, promotions, charities, advertising pitches and others. Contestants will also experience the importance of philanthropy and community service by initiating such campaigns on the show.
The judges are Kyari Bukar, chairman, Nigerian Economic Summit Group; Tonye Cole, CEO, Sahara Group; Mr. Chris Parkes, founder/chairman, CPMS Africa; Mrs. Lilian Olubi, CEO, Primera Africa Securities Ltd.
Guest judges include Mrs. Celine Loader, board advisor, Seplat Petroleum; Mr. Eniola Bello, MD, Thisday Newspapers, and other captains of industry.
