Two suspected Internet fraudsters alleged to have created and operated a fake Facebook account of Enugu Deputy Governor, Cecelia Ezeilo, to dupe unsuspecting members of the public, have been arrested by the police.

The suspects, whose names were given as Richard Onyema (36) and Richard Odinaka Amadi (40), both Imo State indigenes and resident in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, specialized in using eminent persons’ profile to defraud members of the public.

The police said the suspects had duped victims to the tune of over N653,000 on the guise of helping to secure employment or contracts.
