Terrorists have killed nine persons, including four local vigilante members, in Sabon Layi community, Birnin Gwari Local Council of Kaduna State.Residents of the community said they saw the terrorists patrolling the area on Tuesday, but there were no security operatives to challenge them.

According to a BBC Hausa report monitored in Kaduna, yesterday, the terrorists kidnapped many locals and rustled their livestock. However, sources at the Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs told Journalists that it was still compiling details of the incident, but military jets had since reached the community, to forestall further attacks.
