For the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya, many, ignorantly have fallen to the deception of the devil that God cannot forgive their sins.
In his evangelism reach out in the 15th edition of MFM News Digest, he observed one weapon the devil has masterfully put to good use is the fearful apparition of sin.
Olukoya, who is also the publisher of the magazine, stated the devil has been able to lure a lot of people to believe his well-conceived lies that God cannot forgive sins and many people get themselves further entangled in sin, either knowingly or unknowingly.
Speaking on “Dissolve The Lie of The Devil And Embrace Christ As Fast As Possible”, he said Jesus Christ paid for sins of mankind through the shedding of his princely blood on the cross of Calvary.
To him, “maybe you once killed someone, committed fornication and adultery, impersonated someone and even more. The interesting thing is that it is for this reason and more that Jesus went to the cross to save humanity from the curse of the law. Above all, it is God’s desire that we all reign with him in eternity.”
Divided into 23 chapters, topics in the magazine include: Prayer Rain: A Phenomenon Bounded By Mysteries; Ten Types of Fathers; Confronting the Spirit of Kadesh-Barnea.

Olukoya said The Prayer Rain, which is the focal point of the edition, is a highlight of the powers of embedded in the weekly programme.
As implied, he said Prayer Rain gives a metaphorical impression that interprets the prayer offerings in comparable measure of experiencing a torrential rainfall. “It goes beyond the normal; even the ceremonial prayer moods are hardly rated on the same plane of delivery,” he noted.
In his message on ‘Confronting the Spirit of Kadesh-Barnea’, he said the 38/40 days journey of children of Israel became 40 years by wandering in a place called Kadesh Barnea.
To him, it is a tragedy as 9.3million Israelites went around a city for 38 years, adding that this is called the spirit of Kadesh Barnea.

On how to activate Godly presence in marriages, Pastor Lanre Bankole reasoned the moment God is not central in a Christian marriage, the devil will impulsively and by brute imposition, take over.
He observed it is universally acknowledged that light and darkness are two competing forces for pre-eminence among men.
Many marriages, he noted are in darkness today because God, the father of light, in whom there is no variableness nor shadow of turning, is missing.
On Sports Extra page, Tunde Ogundele recalled the church and football have a long-standing history.
He observed the Fulham Club in the UK has its roots in the church. Others are: Manchester City, Liverpool FC and Everton FC, among others.
“It is, therefore, not a surprise that MFM established a football club as part of 70-point repositioning agenda of Olukoya, whose vested interest in drawing the youths into a proper perspective that can provide the necessary nuggets to enable them fulfil their destinies, revolves round the realm of obsession,” he stated.
