Flagship entertainment and lifestyle publication, Native Magazine, has inked a global distribution deal for its latest print edition, Issue 5, also known as #TheResetIssue.
#TheResetIssue is available in newsstands across London, Lagos, Los Angeles, Toronto, Tokyo, Paris, New York, Barcelona, among others, further fueling authentic narratives of the African music scene on the global centrestage.
Featuring serial hitmakers Asake, Rema, Zinoleesky, as well as global mavericks like the Nigerian-British actor Damson Idris,as well as Kenyan chess whiz Elsa Majimbo, on this special edition.
“The love of authentic storytelling has always underpinned everything we do at NATIVE – from the festival to the magazine and the record label,” Seni Saraki, co-founder of the Native Magazine told Guardian.
“We’ve had a print magazine since 2017, with Burna Boy being our first cover. This new issue coincides with our widest global distribution coverage till date, and it’s a testament to the global hunger for original African stories, and we are committed to telling these stories.”
Across the Lagos scene, the magazine can be found in culture-soaked stores like Jazzhole, Glendora, ALARA, among others.
