A doyen of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry and Chairman, International Energy Services Ltd., Dr. Diran Fawibe, who is a Class 1966 alumnus of the University of Ibadan (UI), will be the special guest of honour and keynote speaker at the University of Ibadan Alumni Association (UIAA) delegates’ meeting holding on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
In a statement signed by Chairman, UIAA Lagos chapter, Dr. Folaranmi Dauda Salau, the delegates’ meeting, with the theme: “Alunmi Association in Service Delivery,” will be held at 6, Makinde Street, Alausa, Ikeja, by 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will also be used to host a celebration party in honour of Otunba Steve Olukayode Ogundipe. Besides, the meeting will be under the leadership of Worldwide Leader, UIAA, Thomas O. Dabiri, and chairman of the reception is Sir Kayode Otitoju, former chairman, UIAA Lagos State branch and former Commissioner for Information, Ekiti State.
Meanwhile, the alumni of the premier university have scheduled to pay a courtesy visit on Ogundipe at the Lagos State House of Assembly, Alausa, Ikeja, tomorrow, July 27, 2023.
