Big Brother Naija star Pere Egbi has admitted to having a genuine liking for Mercy Eke, the winner of the show’s fourth season.

In a recent interview, Pere said, “I have seen her [Mercy]. Before the show, I was having a conversation with Cross, I know that she [Mercy] likes me and I like her. So there’s a mutual likeness. That should be the beginning of everything, whether it’s friendship or anything. We both like each other genuinely.”
Pere talked about his relationship with KimOprah saying, “There was nothing romantic with KimOprah. She has always been a friend. It’s just platonic friendship. I’ve known from outside the House. We’ve hung out several times. It was nothing out of the ordinary.”
Recall that Pere, Cross, and Kim were in a love triangle inside the house.
It is too early to say whether Pere and Mercy’s relationship will develop into something more. However, their fans are clearly excited about the possibility of a new BBNaija power couple.
