UNIVERSITY of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has stated its readiness to convoke 25,234 students this weekend during its 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 combined convocation ceremonies.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Wahab Olasupo Egbewole, who disclosed this, yesterday, during a media briefing at the institution’s auditorium, said 14,477 students would convoke in the 2020/2021 academic session, while on the other hand, the institution would graduate 10,757 students for the 2021/2022 academic session.
According to him, 211 First Class, 4,143 Second Class (Upper Division), 6,570 Second Class (Lower Division,) 1,742 Third Class and 30 with Pass are involved in the first degree/diploma category of the 37th convocation ceremonies.
