The story in our Bible text is a typical example of what happens to men today. Being a believer or even being anointed does not exempt you from suffering attacks. In the book of Matthew, Chapter Four, we also see Jesus’ experience; after a period of intense fasting and prayer, the devil showed up and wanted to sift him. For every new level you attain in life there is a new devil to challenge you. Whatever attack you are going through right now; God will give you victory in Jesus’ name. David returned form war and was excited over the victory he had won; little did he know that there was another battle waiting for him at home. Imagine such mighty men of war weeping like babies until they had no strength in them.

Sometimes weeping may help you to ease off pains, but when you cry you must be on your guard and focus your thought.

1 Pet. 5:8 says, we should be sober and vigilant. It means that at every point in time you should be thoughtful and be in control of the situations around you. When in pain and sorrow or at your time of celebration, be in control of yourself. This is why God forbids his children from taking alcohol or any hard drugs that can control you. If you must be intoxicated by anything, be drunk with the Holy Spirit who can lead you in the right path, Eph. 5:18. David wept uncontrollably at the situation he met on his return from war, but then it dawned on him that this won’t help, so, he encouraged himself in the Lord.

He arose and inquired from God what to do and God told him to pursue, overtake and recover everything he had lost. This season, as you seek the face of God you shall recover everything that the enemy has stolen from you in Jesus’ name.

John 10:10, tells us that the main purpose of the enemy is to steal, kill and destroy. There are so many things that the enemy can steal from men. One of them is their glory; this is something that is meant to make you shine in life. The glory of a man can be taken by different means and one of them is when you dream of someone shaving your hair. Such wicked persons often times use the stolen glory of their victims to shine.

Whosoever is using your glory to shine in the spirit realm, may they receive fire in Jesus’ name! Again, the virtue of a man can be stolen and this implies the seed of greatness. A lady who was an agent of darkness disguised herself in a church and lured the music director, prayer bandleader and even the pastor to bed on different occasions. When she was eventually exposed, she confessed that their semen had been taken to the marine kingdom. Some witch doctors work with prostitutes when they need the semen of men. Such victims can never achieve greatness in life because their destiny has been vandalised.

• Powers attacking my ladder of greatness in the name of Jesus, catch fire.
• Any cage in the spirit realm that refuse to let me go, in the name of Jesus, break!
• Coven powers mocking my prayers, coven powers mocking my God, die in Jesus’ name.
