Yemisi Fancy is a Nigerian actress, singer, and songwriter with a background in Law. She kickstarted her career as an actress on the MNet glamour TV series Tinsel where she played the character of Helen.
She, however, took her passion for music and dance to the next level when she debuted her music career in October 2015 with her debut single, Faraway.

In January 2017 she got signed by Indie Record Label, Meshtro Entertainment, and released a second single titled Oyari; a Sess-produced song in the genre of Afro-house which received lots of positive reviews and airplay. In August 2017, she released yet another Single titled Disco, a Krizbeatz-produced song that got even more positive reviews. The visuals to the single was also released within that timeline
She has worked with a couple of industry big shots in her quest to make a name for herself in the music industry. For one, her debut single was the second lead single produced by ace producer and Bahd Guys Entertainment’s in-house producer, SESS. Her 3drd single- Disco, also featured stellar production by KRIZBEATZ while the video was shot by MEX.

Yemsi identifies as an Afro House singer; a genre which she believes is not any different from the popular, hiphop and afrobeats genres. She is now set to fully own the sound and leave her mark in the industry.
