The scheme offers 40 per cent discount on full plot and opportunity to spread payment within 24 months on other packages. Subscribers also have the opportunity to get a discount on twin plots and pay in instalments.
Speaking to journalists on the scheme, Director General, Sales and Marketing Adron Homes Properties Limited, Mrs. Bunmi Akinfe, said the offerings are designed for all spectrum of the society including the low and high-income earners.
She explained that with an initial deposit as low as N30,000 for entry payment, subscribers are offered opportunities to get gifts such as a bag of rice, electronics appliances, live chicken, goats, rams, cows and other prizes.
Akinfe said the properties come as low as N600, 000 to N100 million across eight states that include Ekiti, Oyo, Ogun Nasarawa, Lagos, Abuja, Osun and Niger States.
The company’s Director of Public Affairs, Private, Mr. Michael Oyadele, said the firm introduced the concept of home affordability and convenience in payment due to their concern about the inflation rate and to encourage more Nigerians to own their homes.
He noted that real estate is a hedge against inflation, adding that Nigerians should learn to save their money through investment real estate.
Oyadele, however, cautioned subscribers to be wary of activities of scammers in the industry. He advised Nigerians to always visit the physical offices of the firm for property transactions.
