The first time, the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries held its programme titled: “It is Over” was in 2013 at Onitsha, Anambra State, since then members and non-members have been expectant of it. This is because of the unimaginable miracles and testimonies that followed the Onitsha event.
Ten years down, the General Overseer of the church, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, on November 25 and 26, 2023 repeated the progromme, this time at the Lord’s Chosen Revival Ground in Ijesha, Lagos State.
The two-day programme, did not only pulled crowds from across the country, but also witnessed spectacle miracles — healings, deliverance, and salvation experience, among others.
For example, a 16-year-old, Oluwatobi Omoborowo, who was born blind came to the programme with his mother, as the man of God prayed for the blind, he began to see to shock and surprise of the mother, who later testified. Others in his condition also received their sight; ladies whose menstrual flows seized for years regained them; the deaf and mute spoke; a stammerer spoke fluently, while barren women who attended the maiden edition of the programme at Onitsha came with their children to testify.
Also, Sister Juliet Onyeghala, a nurse, from Rivers State, and her daughter, Chidinma, had their ugly situation turned to good. Chidinma, a 16-year-old SS3 student was kidnapped and for 19 days she was in the bush and her parents were running helter-skelter looking for her. When the matter got to Pastor Lazarus Muoka, according to Sister Onyeghala, he prayed over it and the kidnappers released the child. Both mother and daughter were at the event to return all glory to God.
Speaking on the last day and on the theme: “In the Lord, It is over” part two, Pastor Muoka enjoined participants, especially the born again believers, to handle with great regard what the Lord has bestowed on them.
He said: “When you know it and you become a child of God, then what belongs to God shall be given to you. But if you are outside Christ, not born again or you claim to be born again and not aware of what Christ has purchased and kept in a will for you, you will be suffering. But let me remind you that all things are yours, if you do God’s will.
Urging Christians not to envy unbelievers in any form, he said: “Never you think that unbelievers are better than you because what you have as a child of God, they do not have it.”
They are just a prey in the hands of the devil. In fact, if they die without Jesus nothing will stop them from going to hell. Therefore, run to Jesus Christ He is the Chosen. I am happy to announce to you that it is over. Those that are outside Christ are suffering so much and those that are in Christ without knowledge are also suffering because if you don’t know what you have you will lose it.
“But when you run to Him, in the Lord, it is over. Jesus has solution for every problem. Thank God that those who came to Onitsha programme of ‘It is over’ in 2013 were here to share their testimonies. One of them, a sister who said she was barren for years, but when she came to the programme she said she bought a chair and told God that that chair her child must sit on. Today, God did not only answer her prayer, He surpassed her request and gave her seven children. Thank God you attended this programme you shall celebrate your victory like others who testified of God’s goodness and ensure that after this programme you will not complain again. Imagine a stammerer going on his way, as he saw people coming to this programme, he joined them and as he got here, while I was praying for people with such problem God visited him and you heard him testifying and asking me to pray for his siblings in same condition, so that, God will touch them as well.”
