Weeks after being found asleep at the wheel in a suspected DUI incident, actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish has officially been charged by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. The 44-year-old faces two misdemeanor counts: driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08%, exceeding the legal limit in California.

News of Haddish’s arrest on November 24th broke soon after officers discovered her vehicle stopped in the middle of a residential street, with the actress allegedly unconscious behind the wheel. Initial reports suggested charges of both DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, but the official charges filed today focus solely on alcohol-related offenses.

“After a thorough review of the evidence, the District Attorney’s Office has filed charges of driving under the influence and driving with a .08% BAC against Ms. Haddish,” a spokesperson for the LA District Attorney confirmed to Entertainment Tonight.
