FG launches Nigeria Philanthropy Office, targets 50% women as beneficiaries

The Federal Government has launched the Nigeria Philanthropy Office (NPO).

The FG disclosed this in a statement while it targets 50% women as beneficiaries.

“The Nigeria Philanthropy Office targets 50% women as beneficiaries through Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME),” the statement read.

Vice President Kassim Shettima launched the first ever Nigeria Philanthropic Office.

Shettima in his address revealed that the FG is set to collaborate to raise $200 million to create jobs.

The Federal Government of Nigeria in a related development also announced that it is set to establish twelve hubs across the country.
