Moved by the high level of unemployment among Nigerian youths, a real estate firm, RealtorMax, has pledged to change the narrative through opportunities in land banking.
The firm’s Chief Executive Officer, Mike Adeyemi, pledged the allocation of lands at Obafemi Owode in Ogun State, stating that the best way to help youths was to offer them employment opportunities, through its project expected to commence on February 5, 2024.
According to him, the firm is offering an opportunity for the youths to become financially independent.
His words: “We have created a programme where we are currently recruiting realtors, those who want to start selling property and we have designed a good payment structure plan, which can help them make as much as N500,000 to N25 million monthly as a take-home income.
“It doesn’t matter whether you know about sales or not, we have a school of sales where we teach you how to sell anything to anybody and in our school of sales, we will be giving a structured educational program where you will learn step by step how to sell. So we are not only allowing you to make money, we are also going to empower you with skills that you need to excel in life.”
