The Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a co–founding partner of the Billionaire Realtors Group (BRG NETWORK), Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, has been appointed as the president of the group.

The member of London Real Estate Academy (LREA) is expected to lead the multinational network that has over 85,000 real estate professionals with proven sales track records.

Commenting about the appointment in Lagos, the group said “his emergence became necessary with the departure of the former President, Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, who was recently elected Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).”

Responding to the appointment yesterday in Lagos, Abikoye said: “I am beyond grateful and humbled to share that I have been appointed as the president of the Billionaire Realtors Group. It is an honour to lead a group of inspiring individuals who are dedicated to new levels of excellence in the industry. I say a big thank you to everyone who has supported my journey and has helped shape my skills in one way or the other.

However, Abikoye started his career in real estate in 2014 with a vision of making the real estate acquisition process as easy, cost-effective, and seamless as possible while maintaining the highest level of service.

According to him, this dream has also enabled him to transform many laymen into Real Estate experts.

“Due to my interest in satisfying people’s interests I have been able to put a smile on over 5000 people, making them landlords of their own,” he said.

Over the years, Abikoye has collaborated with BRG in ensuring that realtors are fully satisfied in their dealings with clients and even developers.

He oversees the operation of the BRG, making an unfaltering assurance that the firm runs at its full capacity to remain the number one real estate brokerage firm in Africa with unfaded achievements.

He has won several awards on leadership, real estate management, and construction and recently he was conferred an honourary doctorate degree in Luxury Real Estate Management and Property Development by the European American University Panama, with exceptional awards also in Real estate marketing from Lagos business school.

He also recently got a real estate dynamics – skills and strategies certificate from the Metropolitan school of Business Management, United Kingdom.
