Additionally, Geneva holds a Doctor of Optometry from Madonna University in Elele, Nigeria, completed in May 2019 which is equivalent to a Master’s degree. This combination of clinical and administrative education has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of both patient care and healthcare management.

Geneva’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident in his extensive certifications. He holds a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from Ukraine, a Diploma in Health Informatics Specialist, a Certificate of Data Analysis, a Certificate of completion of Beginners and Advance course in Cloud computing (Health systems) which underscore his skills in providing essential patient care and responding to medical emergencies. These certifications, combined with his academic background, enable him to deliver high-quality healthcare services and ensure patient safety.

Geneva has held numerous roles throughout his career, allowing him to develop a broad skill set. At Lusa Carnaxide in Lisbon, Portugal, he served as a Nurse Assistant, where his responsibilities included recording vital signs, setting up medical equipment, and ensuring patient safety and privacy. This role helped him gain practical experience in direct patient care.
His tenure as a Customer Experience Specialist at Eva Global (Tesla) in Lisbon further expanded his skills in managing and improving healthcare delivery systems. He played a crucial role in customer service training and development programs, which enhanced his ability to handle patient interactions and improve service delivery while charging their EV vehicles.

In Ukraine, Geneva served as a Health Informatics Manager at Premium Logistics and Health. Here, he developed a customer success dashboard and provided data analysis to monitor the health of drivers and check their insurance and medical records while driving. This role underscored his ability to leverage technology to improve healthcare outcomes and demonstrated his proficiency in health informatics.

Geneva also worked as a Nursing Assistant at Smart Hospital in Kyiv, Ukraine, where he was responsible for a variety of tasks, including patient care and monitoring. Geneva’s language skills have also played a significant role in his career. He is fluent in Portuguese, has intermediate proficiency in Russian, and is a native English speaker. These language skills have enabled him to work effectively in diverse environments and connect with patients and colleagues from various backgrounds.

Geneva’s contributions to healthcare technology have been widely recognized, culminating in the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate from IRSBACCOM University. This honor reflects his profound impact on the healthcare sector and his pioneering work in integrating technology into healthcare systems.

One of the highlights of Geneva’s career is his presentation on “The Evolving Role of Technology in African Hospitals.” This presentation, which earned him the Honorary Doctorate, focused on how technology is transforming healthcare delivery in Africa. It covered critical issues such as the integration of digital health records, the implementation of telehealth solutions, advancements in medical imaging and diagnostics, and the optimization of supply chains for essential medications and equipment.

In this presentation, Geneva emphasized the importance of digitizing patient records to improve data management, reduce errors, and enhance patient care. He also highlighted the role of telehealth solutions in bridging the gap between patients and healthcare providers, particularly in remote areas. These solutions allow patients to receive specialist care without the need to travel long distances, making healthcare more accessible and reducing the burden on healthcare staff.
