Popular Nigerian comedienne, Anita Asuoha, better known as Real Warri Pikin, has opened up about a difficult period in her life when she almost took her own life due to a debt of N22 million.

In a post shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, Anita recounted how financial pressure pushed her to the edge.
According to her, a motivational speaker had encouraged her husband to dive into different business ventures, believing they would succeed.

Motivated by this advice, her husband tried several businesses, but things didn’t go as planned, and they found themselves owing N22 million.
Real Warri Pikin shared this emotional story in honour of World Suicide Prevention Day, revealing that after several failed attempts to clear the debt, she attempted suicide in June 2018.
