Mr. Falana, a scholar of Obafemi Awolowo University and an expert in agricultural engineering, brought his extensive knowledge of poultry production to the training program.

Drawing inspiration from his early experiences working on his family’s farm, Mr. Falana has nurtured a lifelong passion for agriculture, seeing it as a reliable path to self-sufficiency and financial independence.

His commitment to advancing the field of poultry production, which offers a multitude of business opportunities such as egg production, meat processing, and manure utilization, has positioned him as a leader in the industry.

The comprehensive training sessions led by Mr. Falana covered critical aspects of poultry farming, including proper construction of poultry houses, egg production techniques, hatchery management, and feed sourcing.

The initiative has significantly contributed to the success of the Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Vocational Studies, which has earned recognition as a center of excellence for entrepreneurship from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The center is now implementing a graduate tracking and feedback system to monitor the progress of its alumni and their ventures.
