In 2014, Adebayo’s transition to Broadbased Communications marked a significant turning point in his career. As a Network Engineer, he contributed to one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications companies, known for its extensive Metro Fiber Local Loop services. His efforts were pivotal in scaling the company’s network infrastructure, particularly in Lagos, a key business hub in Nigeria.

One of his standout achievements at Broadbased Communications was the successful deployment of Fiber Optic Link Connectivity across Lagos. This project was critical not only for the company’s growth but also for enhancing the region’s digital infrastructure, enabling better connectivity and supporting the growing demands of businesses. Additionally, Adebayo led a critical data center migration project, transitioning from Cisco to ZTE devices, which significantly expanded the network’s capabilities and improved service delivery across Nigeria.

In 2018, he further expanded his expertise in cloud technology by joining Cloud Exchange West Africa, he oversaw the intricate planning and management of a Tier IV data center—one of the most advanced in West Africa.

His deep understanding of cloud and network services made him an essential figure in the seamless operation and expansion of this critical infrastructure.

His tenure at BCX Nigeria solidified his reputation as a leading expert in cloud solutions.

Adebayo played a vital role in ensuring that BCX customers have a smooth cloud transition/ adoption process on their digital transformation
journeys.

He shares his extensive knowledge of web development technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, CSS, HTML, and SQL with tech enthusiasts in various tech communities.
