Target at empowering 44,000 young African women with digital skills, business acumen, and career development opportunities through innovative micro-learning platforms, Jobberman Nigeria, one of the leading recruitment platforms in the country, has unveiled the #BeABossLady campaign.

The initiative is a transformative pan-African women’s empowerment programme launched through a strategic partnership between The African Talent Company (TATC) and Arifu.

According to the curators of the programme, #BeABossLady will be operating across three key African markets – Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda. “In Nigeria, Jobberman Nigeria leads the implementation of this groundbreaking initiative, leveraging its extensive network and deep understanding of the local job market to create meaningful opportunities for women aged 18 and 35.”

The event brought together prominent personalities in Nigeria’s business and entertainment sectors, including tech entrepreneur, Ife Durosinmi-Etti, actress and social media influencer Juliana Olayode, and Jobberman’s Head of People and Culture, Samantha Ifezulike.

Speaking at the event, Ifezulike said: “The #BeABossLady initiative represents more than just skills training; it’s a movement to reshape the narrative of female leadership in Africa. By leveraging technology and partnerships across our pan-African network, we’re creating accessible pathways for women to achieve financial independence and professional success.”

In her words, Head of Operations and Customer Experience at Jobberman Nigeria, Adejoju Ajagunna, said: “Our research reveals that women navigate multiple obstacles, from training accessibility to leadership barriers. That is why #BeABossLady goes beyond traditional skills training. We’ve created a comprehensive support system with mentorship, peer networks, and direct job connections. The early results have been transformative for our participants.”
