Fintech seeks to revolutionise SME financial planning
Smart Stewards has launched its WealthSync App, designed to serve micro, small, and medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) and individuals.
At the app unveiling in Lagos, lead coach and Founder, Sola Adesakin, revealed that their primary mission is to revolutionise financial planning experience for users, while also empowering them to create comprehensive financial plans, fund their accounts and diversify their assets across six major financial pillars.
She noted that the app which provides a one-stop shop to all financial planning has various core features, including Cash flow, savings, investing, pension, insurance and educational videos.
She added that the app offers detailed tools used to set up budgets, monitor cash flow and prioritise financial goals, while also helping users analyse their income versus expenditures for informed decisions. She said it also enables seamless management of multiple wallets, helping users track transactions and maintain organised financial records.
The founder also explained that the app caters for people who are financial literates but do not have means of practicing the knowledge, which is why it is targeted at moving people from education to execution with the upload of short educational videos to guide users on basic financial planning, money management and investing strategies for budgeting and cash flow.
“Its intuitive interface is tailored for both novices and experienced investors, as the app also allows users explore a variety of investment options, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds and alternative assets, all in one place.”
The app, which leverages algorithms to assist users in creating diversified portfolios aligned with their risk tolerance, also offers resources for managing and exploring insurance policies, particularly life insurance.
She urged all SMEs to employ digital technology and tools in advancing their businesses, stressing that technology is one of the best and richest tools the world has seen.
“Technology will help you in automation, help you reach people. Technology has made the world a place of community, whereby you can be in Nigeria and you can be serving people from all over the world. It provides the skills for accounting, for marketing, for selling, for collaboration, for partnership, for affiliate marketing and much more. SME owners should not sleep on the many advantages that technology has brought,” she said.
