Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) have added defensive depth to their squad with the signing of Gbolagade Adelowo from Dosu Joseph Football Academy. The deal, completed today, September 1, 2023, marks a significant step in the 18-year-old’s burgeoning career.

Born on March 3, 2005, Adelowo is a versatile defender who excels as a centre-back but can also operate effectively as a defensive midfielder. His tactical awareness, composure on the ball, and ability to adapt to various roles make him a valuable asset for the Ibadan-based Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) club.

Adelowo began his football journey at the renowned Dosu Joseph Football Academy in Lagos, a youth development hub owned by former Nigerian international and Olympic gold medalist Dosu Joseph.
