Dr. Shittu holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from AZTECA University, Mexico, complementing her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from ESCAE University, Republic of Benin. Her academic journey also includes specialized business training from the China European International Business School in Lagos, further enriching her expertise in commerce and enterprise development.

Her commitment to professional excellence is evidenced by her fellowships with esteemed organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria (CICN) and the Association for Entrepreneur & Vocational Studies of Nigeria (AEVPN). She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Management.

Dr. Shittu has played a pivotal role in the growth of multiple businesses and institutions. She currently serves as a Director at Global Initiative Microfinance Bank, Axia Educational Services Limited, and Kristosolid Properties and Construction Limited. As the Managing Director of Mojoy Investment Company Limited since 2002, she has successfully spearheaded various business initiatives, demonstrating her acumen in financial management and enterprise sustainability.

Beyond business leadership, Dr. Shittu is an esteemed academic, holding adjunct lecturer positions at the College of Entrepreneur & Vocational Studies of Nigeria and UMCA Theological College in Ilorin. Her research work and publications on entrepreneurship commitment, manpower planning, and economic growth have significantly influenced business education in Nigeria.

Her scholarly contributions include co-authoring research on SME performance, unemployment reduction, and exchange rate impacts on export-oriented businesses. Her work has been published in reputable journals, including the Journal of Global and Business and the British Journal of Interdisciplinary Research.
