At the launch event, Abelinis’ philanthropic spirit shone through as he announced plans to donate 300 copies of the book to undergraduate students in related fields, free of charge.

He also sought endowments from friends, colleagues, and family members to support this initiative, as proceeds from the book will support Rotary International’s mission to eradicate polio worldwide, a gesture that resonated deeply with members of Rotary International, who showed their support for one of their own.

Appreciating Abelinis’ philanthropic initiative to impact beyond intellectual value, Past District Governor, Joshua Hassan who is the Chairman of Nigeria National Polio Plus Committee, highlighted some wins and gaps so far. He noted that PMX underscores the significance of content in driving successful projects.

Two notable case studies illustrate this point: Access Bank Lagos City Marathon: Under the visionary leadership of Otunba Bukola Olopade. The event achieved remarkable growth, earning a gold label marathon status, becoming the largest marathon in Africa. Strategic marketing campaigns and meticulous event management were key to this success.

Another case illustrated is the All Africa Music Award (AFRIMA). Founded in 2014 by Mike Dada, in collaboration with the African Union (AU), AFRIMA celebrates and rewards African musical talents, promoting cultural heritage.
