RedCloud, a UK-based technology startup pioneering intelligent trade platforms, has entered into a strategic agreement with Beloxxi Industries, one of Nigeria’s leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturers. This partnership marks a significant step toward fully digitizing Beloxxi’s supply chain and enhancing product distribution visibility nationwide.
Beloxxi, known for its popular range of biscuits and household snacks, has faced challenges in streamlining logistics and managing inventory levels across its 25 key distributors nationwide.
RedCloud will deploy its advanced digital trade platform through this agreement to give Beloxxi real-time stock visibility across its warehouses and distributor networks. Additionally, the platform will deliver marketing insights on the company’s top-performing products in the Nigerian market.
As part of the agreement, both parties have committed to digitizing $30 million worth of trade over the next two years, positioning Beloxxi Industries for smarter growth, improved operational efficiency, and stronger market dominance.
“This is more than a partnership; it’s a digital transformation,” said Obi Ezude, CEO of Beloxxi Industries. “With RedCloud’s technology and insights, we are confident in our ability to overcome long-standing operational barriers and emerge as the undisputed market leader in Nigeria’s FMCG space.”
Tunde Ayaleke, CFO of Beloxxi, echoed this optimism: “The visibility and intelligence we’ll gain from this platform will drastically change how we make supply decisions and respond to market trends.”
Wilson Dike, Country Manager, and Key Account Manager at RedCloud, and the strategic lead behind this deal, also commented on the collaboration:
This agreement marks the beginning of a new era characterized by intelligent trade and digital excellence within Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) ecosystem. At RedCloud, our commitment extends beyond providing a platform; we are dedicated to delivering measurable business outcomes. By digitizing the supply chain, we assist brands in reducing their cost of sale, enhancing supply efficiency, and optimizing profits. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to demonstrate this value on a larger scale.
This milestone also represents RedCloud’s first significant agreement since appointing since appointing a new team in April 2021. His strategic leadership and deep understanding of the Nigerian distribution landscape were instrumental in aligning both companies on a shared vision for digital growth and market transformation.
“This agreement is a testament to the value we bring to emerging markets,” said Justin Floyd, Founder and CEO of RedCloud. “We’re proud to support Beloxxi’s mission and look forward to accelerating digital trade across West Africa. I’m especially proud of our Nigeria team, led by Wilson Dike, whose remarkable efforts have delivered resounding success in such a short period.”
