To determine this year’s list of Nigeria’s Best Employers in Digital Marketing, we spoke to over 500 marketing professionals, freelancers, and digital creatives from across the country.

We evaluated companies based on key employee metrics ranging from workplace culture and skills development to salary satisfaction, leadership access, and creative freedom. Each company had to have at least 20 full-time employees, a physical presence in Nigeria, and verifiable client portfolios.
