Organisers of The Future Awards Africa (TFAA), a platform for celebrating young change-makers has opened its portal for nominations for this year’s awards edition, under the poignant and timely theme, “Threads of Legacy.”
Now in its 19th year, TFAA continues its mission of spotlighting young Africans who are not just breaking grounds but building futures, weaving impact, and creating legacies that outlive trends. This year’s edition comes at a historic time as parent brand, RED | for Africa, marks its 20th year of redefining storytelling and experiential marketing on the continent.
From April 21 to May 31, the public is invited to nominate exceptional young Africans aged 18 to 33 who have made significant contributions within their communities and industries over the past year across 25 categories.
“This year is especially significant for us. As RED marks 20 years of #REDefining storytelling for indigenous brands and individuals across the continent, we are reminded that true impact lies not just in what we create, but in the legacy we leave behind,” said Ayodeji Razaq, Executive Director of The Future Project and Group CEO of RED | for Africa.
“The 19th edition of TFAA, themed ‘Threads of Legacy’, invites us all to reflect on how the next generations of African leaders are not only shaping the now but also stitching together a future we can all be proud of,” he added.
