The National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) on Friday hailed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for leading and promoting a noble workforce in the country following his several reforms across all sectors of the economy, particularly in education.
Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB), Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed, gave the commendation in a statement made available to newsmen at NABTEB headquarters in Benin as part of activities to commemorate the 2025 Workers’ Day celebration.
Mohammed said NABTEB felicitates with workers and the government for prioritizing the welfare of workers and the government workforce.
He said, “It is with a heart full of gratitude for the work you have done and optimism in the awesome work you will continue to do for our nation, that I and the management of the National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) felicitate you, today, May 1st, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 2025 Workers’ Day.”
“I am aware that the theme for this year’s celebration in our country, Nigeria, is ‘Reclaiming the Civic Space in the Midst of Economic Hardship.’ It is a theme that underscores the importance of workers’ rights and participation in civic life, even amidst economic challenges.”
“But the cheerful news for us is that the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration is assiduously working to address these challenges and put the country on a glorious path to recovery. In no distant time, the gains will begin to manifest for our good and the good of our nation.”
He expressed support for workers of NABTEB, stressing that the bedrock of any organisation is its workforce.
“Indeed, in line with the nature of our operations, each one of you comes to the table with a unique set of qualities, skills, and perspectives, all of which support one another and are harnessed for the greater corporate good.”
“Therefore, as we join Mr. President to work towards a better and more prosperous Nigeria, I thank you for the work you have done, the work you do, your unwavering commitment, and urge you to remain loyal, dedicated, and law-abiding,” Mohammed said.
